Job description & mission
As a Field Measurement professional within Epiroc you will support all divisions within your solid knowledge about measurements on hydraulic, electric & battery powered units. As the team is a part of the measurement group, both experimental and theoretical tasks will be part of the daily work.

Your main responsibility will be to participate in different development projects, where you will work with development/R&D and find solutions to problems within the electrical & power system field and perform different kind of tests both in lab and in the field. Example of tasks are power and energy measurements, from battery driven up to 1000V power systems, power voltage discharge time and energy consumption in electrical and hydraulic systems. You will use and develop your practical and theoretical knowledge of how electrical & power systems are utilized in our products and present measurement results and calculations of such systems in an understandable way for other engineers. You may also be a part of design projects from start.

Experience & knowledge requirements
M.Sc. or equivalent with specialization towards electrical & power systems, preferably with some years of work expertise.
