Are you ready to take a leading role in our Business transformation project MORE? We are looking for a M3 Master data cleansing specialist – PC/DC focus

MORE is a business transformation program generating value by implementing a common ERP system, M3, in all Epiroc companies. Connecting our Customers Centers, Distribution Centers and Product Companies will allow information to be transparent across companies and thereby help decisions makers to make informed decisions. The MORE Program organization is built upon four pillars: Data & Quality Readiness, Technology Readiness, Template Readiness and People Readiness. In this role, you will be part of the Data & Quality Readiness work stream in the work described below.

Mission
Your mission is to secure that the program is successful by:

• Drive work to establish longterm higher master data quality in M3
• Perform data analysis as a base for cleaning and harmonization of master data with focus on item/part data
• Making updates according to cleansing goals and “Book of Rules” master data guidelines
• Coordinate the cleansing work with process teams and divisions
• Be in charge of error lists from the merge of the two M3 data bases as well as corrective actions
• Contribute in the work to develop the global master data policies (“Book of rules”) for M3 covering PC, DC and CC requirements

Skills and knowledge

• Relevant University degree
• Solid ERP experience and experience of M3 an advantage
• Deep knowledge of master data and parameter set up for the PC/DC requirements
• Experience from master data cleansing
• Experience of data mapping and analysis of master data
• Deep understanding of business processes and how master data effects process quality
• Well structured, analytical and result-driven
• Good communication skills
• English language, good level both written and spoken

This position will report to Data readiness manager for the MORE Program. The position is a project role for a term of 18 months with a possible extension. The MORE program is expected to continue until at least 2022. This position is based in the MORE program office which is located in Örebro, Sweden.
