Job description
Reporting to the Communications and Branding manager you will be the driver and spokesperson for the Group’s Internal Communication. You will work closely with both communications and HR to help develop and implement a successful strategy, as well as the tools required. You will raise and maintain awareness on the Epiroc mission, vision and strategy. Sharing best practices and getting people connected are key, while establishing an open and interactive organization. You will also work on good governance for employer branding projects, including social media content.

 This is a global position.

Mission 
You are responsible for guiding the internal Epiroc organization through the change of becoming an independent company by means of communication streams and tools in an interactive way. This includes both short term and long term strategy.

Your experience 
Min 5 years of experience with branding & communications in a B2B environment, preferably internal communications. International experience or intercultural training is strongly desired.

 

Your knowledge
M.Sc or B.Sc in communications, journalism or business administration.

You are a talented communication champion and up to date with modern communication media. You have knowledge of copyediting, creative & inspiring writing skills as well as excellent research, interviewing, and editorial skills.

Fluent in English with strong writing skills in languages. More languages is an advantage.
