We are looking for an HR and Communications Manager responsible for Epiroc´s global IS/IT function.
The work to establish this organization is ongoing but the plan is to set up a structure with approximately 200 employees prepared to give 24/7 support to the Epiroc organization worldwide.
In this position you will be a member of the Epiroc IT Management Team and you will report to the Vice President IS/IT.

As HR and Communications Manager you are responsible for:
Experience requirements
To be successful in this position, you have at least 5 years’ experience of qualified operational HR work as well as experience of leading an HR function. You have also been involved in and have a genuine interest of internal communication.
You have experience of working in an international environment - either from living and working abroad or from having extensive business relations internationally.
Educational requirements
The successful candidate has a university degree in a relevant field.
You are fluent in both written and spoken English; knowledge of Swedish and other languages is an advantage.
Personality requirements
The person we are looking for is result oriented with strong coaching skills.
A high level of service-mindedness and an interest in people are essential.
You have a high level of integrity and are confident in your ability to face up to issues and challenges.
You must be business oriented and possess a good understanding of the general concepts of business flows and processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
You are passionate about your field of expertise and your customers.
