We are looking for a Controller to the Rocktec Division within Epiroc

Rocktec Division in Örebro is looking for a Controller to be part of the Finance Community in Epiroc Rock Drills AB (Previously Atlas Copco Rock Drills AB). This position is ideal for a person who has a couple of years’ experience within Finance and wants to take the next step and work with Controlling. You should be analytical, a team player and be willing to work and develop within a dynamic and global organization.

The Rocktec Division is a dedicated R&D organization, which develops core components and acts as an internal consultancy organisation, providing core R&D competence for the other Divisions within Epiroc. Automation solutions and components is one of the fastest growing areas within Rocktec.

Your Mission
As Controller you will be responsible for supporting departments and local management teams within Rocktec Division with financial information and analytics.

• Pro-actively take part in the monthly reporting and forecasting, were correctness and deadlines are important
• Analyze results, variances, trends against targets and KPI:s for all functions in our organization
• Drive and participate in change and process improvement projects within Finance
• Document local finance processes and update relevant information in Sharepoint
• Responsible for maintenance of our Rocktec Prokura database
• Support the organization in the investment process and follow-up
• To be an active Finance business partner throughout the organization, ensuring that the financial terminology, reporting, processes and objectives are well-understood and utilized for making business decisions.

You will report to the VP Finance for the Rocktec Division.

Skills & Knowledge

• Finance degree on university level or other relevant background and experience
• 2-4 years of experience in working within Finance or other administrative position
• Experience from working with advanced ERP systems. Knowledge in Movex/M3 is meriting
• Knowledge and experience in Excel and business intelligence tools
• Fluent in Swedish and English both written and spoken
