We are now looking for a Project leader with the mission to implement a new global Human Resources Masterdata system called HR:Link. HR:Link as a system, provides us with tools for Performance and Development discussion and social collaboration within Atlas Copco. The idea is to replace our existing masterdata system and implement the next generation cloud-based core HR system. Fully implemented it will among other things provide us with trustworthy and accurate master data and strengthen our alignment of global people management processes.

Job description
As the Project leader HR:Link you will be responsible to roll out the HR:Link performance module (including training) to all 1800 employees (both white and blue collars) and managers at the Örebro site.

The overall objective is to strengthen the competence in the system and the related processes in the organization for HR, managers and employees.

To secure implementation you will coordinate an internal project team with HR representatives from all units in Örebro.

The scope of this project also includes developing a concept for how to enable usage of the system and in using computers on the blue collar side. This includes; business cases, ways of working, and technical solutions.

It is your responsibility to ensure that internal routines and policies related to the system, such as processes for goal setting, performance discussion, and competence development, planning are updated and communicated.

As the Project Leader HR:Link you are the expert on the system, therefore you will supporting Human Resources, managers, and employees who have questions or need assistance with the system.

The position is a 12 months project role with the start date being is as soon as possible.

Requirements

  • You have experience of Project Management
  • You have experience of working with change management, preferably related to system implementation
  • You have a keen interest in, and experience from (global) masterdata systems (not necessary related to HR)
  • It is an advantage if you have good knowledge of Human Resources processes, but not mandatory
  • You have a University degree in relevant area
  • You have excellent communication and cooperation skills
  • You are passionate about your field of expertise and your customers

You are highly motivated, result oriented and service minded

You will report to Vice President Human Resources Rocktec.
